Steven Taylor LA: and his impact on the Los Angeles Real Estate scene

Steven is a talented individual that is accomplished in many areas. But before we touch on his accomplishments in other areas, let us discuss his impact on the Los Angeles real estate business — the most significant professional contributions he has made.

Steven’s professional real estate days went off on a rough note. After graduating with a B.A. from the University of California (Santa Barbara campus), Steven decided to embark upon a professional career in the world of real estate.

Steven got this inspiration from a family member whom he trusted and admired. However, this same family member told Steven some rather misleading information about the profession: namely that real estate is a venture that you can start with little to no startup capital.

This bit of ‘advice’ left Steven in a bit of a financial tight spot, and he soon realized that he needed to surround himself with like-minded, capable, and knowledgeable individuals to help propel himself and his professional endeavors forwards into success.

He soon afterward partnered with David from Daum Commercial Real Estate, a very experienced and successful real estate firm based in Los Angeles.

With David’s help, Steven would go on to purchase his first property at the age of 24, which he then flipped. The profit Mr. Taylor made from that move then allowed him enough financial capital to properly launch the rest of his professional career.

This includes moves such as the founding of Ness Holdings and the founding of Taylor Equities: a family-run business that acquires value-add multi-family properties. This also includes the aforementioned achievements such as the completion of over $500 million in business transactions.

Other Involvements

Steven and his wife, Natalie are also heavily involved in both their local community and philanthropic efforts that extend beyond what they’re familiar with.

They’ve tied the knot with several different philanthropic organizations and donate 6 figures a year to philanthropic causes that matter to them. On average, they spend around 100 hours a year devoting themselves to these causes.
